2025 Pricing
Seasonal lots range from $3,300.00 - $8 300.00, depending on size and proximity to the lake. (Electrical individually metered).
Lot Size
Each lot varies in size. Average size 50x50. Most are treed, for privacy, with cedar fencing between each lot.

(All site fees are subject to HST)
Trailers coming into the park, must be no older than 10 years of age, no shorter than 26' in length, no canvas (similar to a pop-up trailer) and no park model trailers, with no tip outs. (like Northlander, Brekenridge)

Lot 84 - Close to the Upper Rideau, comfort station, green space and boat docking. The max length this lot can hold is 36' (tongue to bumper). Unfortunately it will not acoomodate a 5th wheel.
